Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant experience
• Three (3) years of leadership experience within a guest service or customer service-focused environment, preferably in a high-volume casino or hospitality setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional guest service and guest loyalty
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Technical understanding of slot machines and associated gaming components
• Experience training, mentoring, and developing team members
• Ability to use mobile devices and touchscreen technology effectively
• Knowledge of player tracking systems and gaming industry operational standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Slot department and ensure guest service excellence
• Develop and implement customer service strategies for Slot Operations
• Process jackpots and hand-pays per internal controls and SOPs
• Sign off on hand-paid jackpots as allowed by controls
• Create schedules aligning with business needs and service standards
• Document cash operations per federal reporting and compliance standards
• Respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly
• Mentor and develop team members to build capability
• Explain game combinations and slot procedures accurately
• Maintain security and accountability for keys, radios, devices, and equipment
• Identify unsafe conditions and address them per safety standards
• Foster a professional, respectful, and team-focused environment
• Ensure attendance, gaming regs, standards, and policies are followed
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required
• Manage projects and tasks within timelines
• Read and follow the WarHorse Responsible Gambling Plan
• Ensure compliance with minors and intoxicated guest regulations
• Support training and development of the team
• Maintain scheduling flexibility based on needs
• Perform additional duties as assigned
