WarHorse Gaming Lincoln, LLC, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., seeks a Slot Floor Supervisor to oversee daily slot operations on swing shift in Lincoln, Nebraska. This full-time role ensures compliance with internal controls, gaming regulations, and company policies while delivering exceptional guest service on a fast-paced casino floor.

You will schedule staff, verify jackpots, maintain equipment, and participate in training and meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a guest service or customer service–driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to use mobile devices, tablets, and touchscreen technology.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily slot floor operations in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support and reinforce exceptional guest service standards across the Slot Operations team.
• Assist with developing and implementing customer service strategies for Slot Operations.
• Pay and/or verify jackpots over predetermined thresholds in accordance with Internal Controls.
• Create and manage daily and weekly staff schedules based on operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with federal currency transaction reporting requirements.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and follow-through.
• Maintain accountability for assigned keys, radios, handheld devices, and other company-issued equipment.
• Attend all required training sessions and operational meetings.
• Follow the Company Compulsive and Problem Gambling Plan, including regulations prohibiting service to minors or intoxicated guests.
• Maintain scheduling flexibility to support business demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
