Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Listens and responds to guest inquiries with a positive, clear voice; troubleshoots concerns in our tracking system.
• Provides staff training to meet departmental standards such as classification procedures and guest service.
• Completes daily shift paperwork, ROC for issues, and verifies shift records.
• Documents information on source documents for MTl/CTR forms.
• Monitors taxable jackpots and staff performance; directs breaks and job functions for proper service.
• Maintains contact with internal and external customers to provide optimal service.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and comfort across interactions with slot staff and other departments.
• Interacts daily to collect feedback and communicate across departments.
• Other related duties as assigned.
