Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Slot Manager at MGM National Harbor on the East Coast to lead a high-energy team and deliver exceptional guest experiences on the casino floor. You will champion SH0W service standards, mentor hourly staff, and drive operational excellence across a premier gaming floor.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least two years of customer service experience in a resort setting, and preferred prior supervisory/managerial experience in slots.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience in a resort setting.
• Two years of supervisory/managerial experience in slots is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Slot Managers with training, discipline, and documentation of actions for staff.
• Engage employees to foster a positive work environment and retain top performers.
• Maintain open communication with staff to share information and model SH0W standards.
• Develop and mentor hourly staff to support career goals and ensure departmental goals are met.
• Deliver guest service aligned with the company and property's core service standards.
