Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking a Spa Assistant Manager to lead daily spa operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Maryland property.

You will partner with the Spa Manager to coach staff, manage front desk activities, and maintain service standards across all touchpoints. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hospitality or spa settings, strong leadership and money-handling skills, and the ability to obtain a gaming license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or spa/hospitality experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the State Gaming Control Agency.

Responsibilities

• Assist Spa Manager in managing daily spa operations and front desk responsibilities.
• Resolve guest issues and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services, promotions, products and policies.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and contribute ideas to improve the spa experience.
• Provide training and support to front desk and service team members.
• Coordinate shift coverage and staff schedules.
