Responsibilities

Provide friendly guest service on the slot floor and assist players.
Collect jackpots when they occur and explain winnings to players.
Explain the rules of each game and how to play.
Ensure slot machines are working properly and available for play.
Handle customer service questions about game rules, payouts, and slot topics.
Take beverage orders and serve them accurately and promptly.
Maintain knowledge of casino products, events, and offerings.
