Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Slots Assistant Shift Manager for Bossier City. You will supervise Guest Services teams, ensure flawless guest experiences on the slot floor and Live!

Rewards Club, and support promotions and promotions events. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with departments, handling jackpots, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, and managing labor within budget.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older (domain compliance)
• 3–5 years experience in Slot department or gaming areas of a casino
• 1–3 years experience as a supervisor
• Four-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience
• Must be able to work in alcohol and smoking environment and obtain licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Supervises Guest Services Leads and team members on the assigned shift
• Ensures flawless guest experience on the slot floor and Live! Rewards Club
• Plans, sets up and executes contests and promotions
• Assists with payment of jackpots and machine malfunctions
• Responds promptly to guest issues and complaints in a courteous manner
• Addresses potential detractors to protect guest experience
• Manages labor standards within budget and shifts constraints
• Writes and submits shift reports documenting activity
• Ensures cross-shift communication is accurate
• Complies with internal controls and state/federal gaming regulations
• Hires, trains and manages staff per standards and programs
• Extends complementary services per approved comp matrix
• Contributes to loss-time injury control and department safety
• Participates in departmental financial performance management
