Job summary

The Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Guest Services Attendant to monitor the slot floor, assist players, and ensure all gaming areas stay welcoming and fully functional. You will engage guests professionally, resolve concerns, and uphold gaming standards.

Responsibilities include processing jackpots, explaining game rules, and keeping machines in optimal condition. A positive, friendly demeanor and ability to work flexible hours are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Zero to two years of casino slot or direct guest service experience recommended.
Ability to obtain and maintain Maryland license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Responsibilities

Provide the highest level of friendly guest service to players on the slot floor.
Resolve issues with machines, including payment problems or technical difficulties.
Collect jackpots and assist players with questions about winnings.
Explain game rules and provide playing instructions.
Ensure all slot machines are functioning and available for play.
Handle customer service issues related to game rules and payouts.
Take beverage orders and serve them promptly.
Maintain knowledge of casino products, events, and offerings.
