Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Zero to two years of casino slot or direct guest service experience recommended.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Maryland license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of friendly guest service to players on the slot floor.
• Resolve issues with machines, including payment problems or technical difficulties.
• Collect jackpots and assist players with questions about winnings.
• Explain game rules and provide playing instructions.
• Ensure all slot machines are functioning and available for play.
• Handle customer service issues related to game rules and payouts.
• Take beverage orders and serve them promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of casino products, events, and offerings.
