• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Slot operations or equivalent management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Slot Operations during your assigned shift, ensuring a seamless, high-energy gaming experience.
• Inspire, engage, and develop your team—building a positive culture that attracts and retains top performers.
• Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with MGM’s S.H.O.W. service standards.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing levels, and guest experience metrics to drive performance and satisfaction.
• Mentor assistant managers and team members to support growth and career development.
• Analyze business needs and make real-time operational decisions on the gaming floor.
• Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Safeguard company assets, including equipment, keys, and sensitive materials.
• Lead training initiatives and ensure consistent execution of company programs.
