WarHorse Gaming Lincoln, LLC, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., is seeking a Slot Floor Supervisor in Lincoln, Nebraska. The role oversees daily slot floor operations, ensures compliance with gaming regulations, and supports guest service in a fast-paced casino.

The position is full-time on a graveyard shift with varying evenings, weekends, and holidays. Salary starts at $27.40/hour plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage, 401(k) with company match, and an incentive program.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years in a guest service environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily slot floor operations according to policies and regulations
• Support and reinforce exceptional guest service standards
• Assist with developing customer service strategies for Slot Operations
• Pay or verify jackpots over thresholds per Internal Controls
• Create and manage daily/weekly staff schedules
• Ensure compliance with currency transaction reporting requirements
• Respond to guest concerns professionally with empathy
• Maintain accountability for keys, radios, and equipment
• Attend required training sessions and meetings
• Follow gambling and responsible gaming policies
• Maintain scheduling flexibility to meet business needs
• Perform other duties as assigned
