Job summary

Warhorse-Gaming,-LLC is seeking a Slot Attendant in Omaha, NE to deliver exceptional guest service on the casino floor. You will assist guests with machine play, jackpots, and loyalty program activities while maintaining security and compliance.

The role requires strong communication, a minimum 21 years old, and availability for evenings/weekends. A NE gaming license is required or must be obtainable. This is a part-time, on-site position with the potential for growth and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
• Previous customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence on the gaming floor and respond to guest requests.
• Assist guests with slot machine operation and explain game rules, payouts, and jackpots.
• Perform slot machine resets and manual jackpot payouts per procedures and regulations.
• Create player accounts and issue player loyalty cards; assist with beverage service as needed.
