Job summary

Fairmount Park, Inc. is seeking a casino player services associate to enhance guest entertainment experiences on the casino floor. You will assist with slot jackpot payments, card creation, and respond to guest questions with courtesy while upholding internal controls.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, eligibility for a gaming license, and 3–6 months of related experience. You will work in a busy, noisy environment and help maintain cleanliness and smooth operations across Heart

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Three to six months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the payment of slot machine jackpots and ticket fills.
• Repair minor slot machine malfunctions.
• Assist with making players’ cards.
• Notify slot technicians when machine malfunctions require technical assistance.
• Respond to guest issues, concerns and complaints in a courteous manner consistent with guest service standards.
• Complies with all internal controls and procedures related to departmental operations.
• Solicits and processes new slot club members into the slots rewards program.
• Assist with the cleanliness of the casino floor and Heart of House.
• All other duties as assigned.
