Job summary

Fairmount Park is seeking a casino player services associate to enhance guest entertainment and smooth operations on the gaming floor. You will assist with jackpots, card services, and ticket fills while ensuring courteous responses to guest issues and adherence to controls.

Responsibilities include minor repairs, coordinating with slot technicians, and promoting the slots rewards program. The role requires a 21+ license and a friendly, reliable service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
• 3–6 months related experience or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payment of slot machine jackpots and ticket fills.
• Repair minor slot machine malfunctions and assist with cards for players.
• Notify technicians for machine issues requiring technical help.
• Respond to guest issues in a courteous, standards-based manner.
• Support slot club enrollment and floor/Heart of House housekeeping.
• Comply with internal controls and departmental procedures.
