Job summary

Caesars Entertainment seeks a Slot Attendant to quickly and accurately perform fills and jackpots on machines and to assist guests with friendly service on the casino floor. You will be attentive, upbeat, and build guest loyalty through exceptional interactions.

Must be 21+, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to count money rapidly. Background checks and casino licensing are required; flexible shifts and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One-year previous slot floor-person experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned sections and assist guests with slot wins and service requests.
• Maintain a clean, secure and well-maintained slot area.
• Respond to service requests including slot dispatch, lighting, radio and customer needs while meeting department standards.
