Fairmount Park, Inc. is seeking a Slot Operations Leader to oversee all slot attendants and daily slot activities. You will assist slot management in all aspects of the slot department and ensure smooth guest service.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced casino environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Must be able to organize, delegate, and follow through on multiple projects.
• Two to three years in slot operations or another casino leadership role.
• Working knowledge of slot management systems and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members to provide superior guest service.
• Oversee all aspects of the slot operations while on duty.
• Support Slot Attendants.
• Respond to guest correspondence, in-house projects, and regulatory dealings.
• Troubleshoot and solve slot-related issues independently.
• Train and develop Slot team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action.
