Sleep Number is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our Maine retail presence. Discover each customer’s sleep needs, match them with Sleep Number products, and clearly explain benefits and promotions to deliver a personalized experience that drives satisfaction and sales.

You’ll bring strong communication and a customer‑focused attitude, plus flexibility for evenings and weekends. 1–2 years in retail or customer-facing roles and a high school diploma are required, with uncapped commissions

• Explain product benefits and promotions while delivering personalized customer experiences to drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals.
• Proactively nurture prospective customers through outbound calls and relationship building for repeat and new business.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen your skills.
