Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative to help customers identify Sleep Number products that best meet their sleep needs. You will explain product benefits, promotions, and deliver personalized service to drive satisfaction and sales.

You’ll also engage in proactive outreach, maintain an inviting showroom, and participate in training to enhance selling skills, with a focus on achieving sales goals and earning commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with CRM, POS, and interactive sales tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred: consultative or relationship-based sales experience.

• Explain product benefits and promotions while delivering personalized experiences to drive sales.
• Proactively nurture prospects through outbound calls to build relationships.
