Sleep Number is seeking a customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate at our Traverse City location to help guests discover their sleep needs and match them with Sleep Number products. You will listen to customers, explain how adjustable firmness, pressure relief, and temperature balancing features improve sleep quality, and guide them toward the best solution.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to work evenings and weekends, and a drive to exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Comfort with CRM and POS technologies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Consultative selling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and match products accordingly.
