Job summary

Sleep Number Traverse City is seeking a customer-focused Sales Representative to grow the store’s performance and deliver personalized sleep solutions. You’ll discover customers’ needs, explain product benefits, and drive satisfaction while meeting sales goals.

In this role, you’ll nurture prospects via outbound calls, maintain a polished showroom, and participate in training to sharpen your selling skills. A base pay of $16/hour with uncapped commissions and competitive benefits are provided.
