Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Sleep Therapy Inbound Customer Service Representative for the Sleep Central Inbound Call Center in Murray, KY. The role handles CPAP resupply orders, verifies patient data, and provides basic sleep coaching and equipment maintenance guidance.

Primary duties include accurate data entry, product and payer verification, and timely support to patients and location staff. In-office training is required before eligible for remote work, with a Mon-Fri schedule and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with medical equipment and billing preferred.
• Medical terminology a plus.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/insurance regulations beneficial.
• Strong communication and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as patient advocate and resolve questions or concerns.
• Input patient data into e-Intake and collect information.
• Verify products/services and maintain accuracy of records.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory guidelines and company products.
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Make outbound calls to collect patient data and manage intake via high-volume calls.
• Process patient paperwork and tickets to fulfill orders.
• Provide basic CPAP equipment support and patient education.
