Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator for Sleep Central Murray, KY. You will contact patients about equipment delivery, verify information, and place orders promptly after talking with the patient.

The role offers a Mon-Fri schedule with potential for a 4-day, 10-hour shift week. A work-from-home option may be available after in-office training and meeting performance expectations, with management approval.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred background in medical administrative work is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills and confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Contact patients regarding delivery of equipment and verify information.
• Take patient orders and enter into Online Pharmacy/ordering system.
• Reschedule shipping and resolve tracking issues as needed.
• Perform basic data entry and maintain patient records with confidentiality.
