Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for the CPAP Centralized Care Team. This remote role handles new patient orders, insurance verification, and patient inquiries while ensuring accurate data across clinical and billing systems.

Responsibilities include coordinating with locations, managing faxes and intake data, and providing product information. Remote from day one with 1st and 2nd shift options and a quarterly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related experience in a team environment.
• Experience in medical field and administrative records management.
• Strong customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Handle new order intake with accuracy across clinical, billing and care data.
• Verify insurance eligibility and process patient information.
• Conduct patient satisfaction calls and act as patient advocate.
• Maintain knowledge of products, Medicare/Medicaid, and related regulations.
• Process orders and coordinate with billing and field locations.
