Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a qualified Patient Care Coordinator for the Sleep Central (After Hours Call Center) in Murray, KY area.

This role works remotely and must reside within the United States, handling patient communications, order processing, and data entry to ensure timely delivery of home medical equipment. The position offers a base pay of $16 per hour with opportunities for a quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in medical/healthcare admin is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology recommended.

Responsibilities

• Contact patients regarding equipment delivery and verify information.
• Place patient orders promptly in On-linePharmacy system.
• Transcribe patient profiles via telephone and perform data entry.
• Obtain medical documentation when needed and track orders.
• Resolve shipping/tracking issues and reschedule as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
