• Cultivate relationships with customers to keep the customer at the center

• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs; uphold company values
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase; handle delivery reminders
• Monitor competition and advertisements; stay aware of market offerings
• Leverage social media to boost brand awareness and sales
