Mattress Firm is hiring Sleep Experts to elevate the in-store experience and act as trusted sleep authorities, helping customers choose the right sleep solutions. You will use digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience while delivering exceptional service and expertise.

You will build lasting customer relationships, drive personal sales, and participate in a rewards structure with uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in-store customer service and hitting sales KPIs.
• Ability to lift, push or pull 50+ pounds.
• Strong communication and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create an in-store environment focused on the customer’s needs.
• Provide technical and product information to customers and act as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales and KPIs while upholding company values.
• Maintain relationships post-purchase (delivery reminders, issue resolution).
• Track competitive offerings and promotions to inform customers.
