Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the perfect mattress using bedMatch and our proven selling process. You will work with customers to deliver a relaxed, educational shopping experience and guide them through the selection of premium bedding products.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using our bedMatch system and guidance.
• Provide a relaxed, educational shopping experience focused on customers' sleep solutions.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and setting up deliveries.
