Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the perfect mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You will deliver a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience and build lasting relationships with shoppers in a fast-growing national retailer.

Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Typical 4–5 day work week; 40–55 hours.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Use of tablets, POS, and bedMatch system in selling process.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using bedMATCH system and guidance.
• Provide friendly, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto vehicles and showroom setup.
• Maintain an inviting showroom and assist with product placement and inventory.
