Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find the perfect mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You will deliver a relaxed, educational shopping experience while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Availability for retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses and bedding products.
• Explain bedMATCH system and personalized recommendations.
• Sell products using a tried and proven selling process.
• Operate tablets and POS to complete transactions and upsell when appropriate.
