Mattress Warehouse is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team. You will help customers find the right mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system, delivering a tailored shopping experience with a focus on sleep solutions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to work retail hours including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with loading purchases.
• Bilingual skills are a plus (English/Spanish or other languages).

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using the bedMATCH diagnostic process.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers in loading purchases and maintaining the showroom floor.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while delivering high-quality customer service.
