Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the right mattress using the bedMATCH diagnostic system. This role offers a robust compensation package with an hourly wage or commission, bonuses, and a 401(k) with employer match.

With over 520 store locations and growing, you will sell premium bedding products, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver excellent customer service in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Available to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to use tablets, POS, and the bedMatch system.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress products using our proven selling process and bedMatch.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles.
• Maintain showroom floor and assist with restocking as needed.
• Operate tablets and POS to complete sales.
