Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team. You will help customers choose premium mattresses using bedMatch, delivering a low-pressure, educational shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and move showroom furniture.
• Experience selling products using a proven process and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses using bedMatch.
• Sell products and provide a relaxed, educational shopping experience.
• Maintain showroom and assist customers with loading purchases.
