Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our team and help customers find their perfect mattress using the bedMATCH diagnostic system. With over 520 store locations and 35+ years in the industry, we offer a strong compensation package, including hourly wages or commissions, bonuses, and a 401(k) with generous employer matching.

Qualifications

• Availability for retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• 4–5 day work week with 40–55 hours.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds; assist customers with loading purchases.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattress/bedding products using our selling process and bedMatch.
• Assist customers with finding the right product and provide a low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Operate tablets/POS and bedMatch system during customer interactions.
• Support showroom setup and assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles.
