Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the perfect mattress using bedMATCH and our trusted selling process. With over 520 store locations and counting, you’ll deliver exceptional service and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and a passion for improving sleep quality.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred and a customer-service mindset.
• Willingness to work evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using bedMATCH and the proven selling process.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Utilize tablets and POS to complete transactions and sign-ups.
• Help customers load purchases and maintain showroom standards.
