Mattress Warehouse is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the right mattress using bedMATCH, our diagnostic sleep system, with a team‑oriented, low‑pressure shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual with English/Spanish; other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and load purchases onto vehicles.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using bedMATCH system.
• Assist customers to find their sleep solution and provide exceptional service.
• Operate tablets/POS to complete sales and manage transactions.
