Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the right mattress using the bedMATCH diagnostic system. You will provide a relaxed, educational shopping experience and assist with loading purchases while contributing to a team-focused environment.

With 520+ stores nationwide, the role offers a fast-paced retail setting, a schedule including evenings and weekends, and extensive training and growth opportunities through in-store programs.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and customer service skills are required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Comfort with using tablets and POS devices.
• Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using the bedMATCH system and a consultative approach.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto vehicles and maintain showroom standards.
• Participate in a team environment and achieve sales targets.
