Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is looking for Retail Sales Consultants to help customers select mattresses using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You will guide shoppers through product features, answer questions, and close sales on a fast-paced showroom floor.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background and sales focus.
• Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and helps serve diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses and related products.
• Demonstrate product features and bedMATCH system to tailor recommendations.
• Build rapport, answer questions, and close sales on the showroom floor.
• Assist customers with loading purchases into vehicles and provide a low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
