Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the perfect mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You’ll deliver friendly, high-energy service in a fast-paced store environment.

With opportunities to earn bonuses and a strong commissions/ hourly pay structure, you’ll join a growing team and play a key role in delivering quality sleep solutions to our customers.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work a retail schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• English-Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist loading mattresses.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses using bedMATCH.
• Provide exceptional service and close sales.
• Operate tablets and POS to complete transactions.
• Restock showroom and maintain presentation.
