Mattress Warehouse in the United States is seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team. You will confidently sell premium mattresses using our bedMatch diagnostic system to guide customers toward the best sleep solutions.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Fluent in English; bilingual English/Spanish or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using the bedMatch diagnostic system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and setting up deliveries.
• Participate in training programs and product knowledge sessions.
