Mattress Firm in Cornelius, NC is seeking a customer-focused sales professional dedicated to putting the customer at the center. You will provide product knowledge, build relationships, drive sales KPIs, and maintain post-purchase support to ensure satisfaction.

Compensation includes a competitive base pay range of $43,000–$47,000 per year, with additional bonus opportunities for leadership roles. Benefits include 401(k) with employer matching, health plans, and employee discounts.

• Provide product knowledge and act as subject matter expert.
• Drive sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values.
