Sleep Number is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to help customers find sleep solutions that fit their needs. You’ll greet guests, discover sleep goals, explain benefits, and guide them toward Sleep Number products while delivering a personalized showroom experience.

You’ll nurture prospects via outbound calls, participate in training, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Competenze

• Strong communication skills for diverse customers.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in consultative or relationship-based sales is a plus.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, POS tech, and interactive sales tools.
