You will contribute to a high-energy showroom environment and participate in ongoing training to develop your selling skills. With a guaranteed base pay and uncapped commission, this role offers strong earning potential while you help customers achieve better sleep.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and POS technology.

Responsibilities

• Discover each customer’s sleep needs and match them with Sleep Number products.
• Explain product benefits and current promotions while delivering personalized experiences to drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals.
• Proactively nurture prospective customers through outbound calls to build relationships and generate new business.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills.
