Qualifications

• Strong communication skills adaptable to diverse customers.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused with drive to exceed sales goals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred experience in consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Discover each customer’s sleep needs and match them with Sleep Number products.
• Explain product benefits and promotions while delivering personalized experiences to drive satisfaction and sales.
• Nurture prospective customers through outbound calls to build relationships and generate new business.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills.
