Job summary

Sleep Number is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our retail sales career and help customers achieve their best sleep. You will engage with guests, understand their sleep needs, explain product benefits, and guide them to the right Sleep Number solution while delivering an exceptional showroom experience.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and adaptability to diverse customer needs.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused with a drive to exceed sales goals.
• Flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in consultative or relationship-based sales is a plus.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, POS technology, and tablets.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify each customer's sleep needs and match them with Sleep Number products.
• Explain product benefits and promotions, delivering personalized experiences to drive sales.
• Nurture prospective customers through outbound calls and build relationships for repeat business.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills.
