SleepMed Solutions is seeking a friendly Medical Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the practice in Greensboro, NC. You will manage patient check-in/out, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and maintain accurate records in the EHR.

Join a patient-centered team and contribute to a calm, efficient clinic environment. A high school diploma and prior medical/office experience are preferred; Veradigm experience is a plus or willingness to learn.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a medical or office setting preferred.
• Front desk or receptionist experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Veradigm is a plus—or willingness to learn quickly.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Greet patients warmly and professionally at check-in.
• Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently.
• Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect copayments.
• Enter and update patient demographics and insurance information in the EHR.
• Scan and organize patient records within the electronic medical record system.
• Coordinate with providers and staff to maintain smooth office flow.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and welcoming.
