Medi-Weightloss of Winston-Salem is seeking a friendly Front Desk/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our preventive medicine clinic. You will answer calls, greet patients, verify insurance, and support the office team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, experience in medical reception, and familiarity with EMR systems, with strong communication and multitasking skills to maintain confidential, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use a multi-line phone system to answer and route calls.
• Conduct follow-up calls to patients regarding progress and concerns.
• Verify insurance information and assist with related processes.
• Provide friendly, high-quality service and greet patients.
• Process accounts receivable transactions accurately.
• Monitor inventory of clinical and office supplies.
• Train staff on daily procedures as requested by management.
• Participate in clinic marketing efforts to support profitability.
