Job summary

Saatva is seeking dedicated Sleep Guides to join our nationwide Viewing Room network. As a Sleep Guide, you’ll deliver a world-class, immersive experience and become a product expert for Saatva mattresses and bedding.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail or customer service, strong communication, and a passion for customer care. This on-site role pays $21/hour + benefits and opportunities for bonuses and career growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience; however, we’re willing to train the right candidate!
• 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience is preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport effortlessly with customers and team members.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Well-organized with excellent multitasking skills and a commitment to completing tasks with high-quality results.
• Comfortable using personal computers and related software, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Positive attitude (we value and hire nice people!).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class experience to our customers.
• Become a product expert to confidently assist customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve both basic and complex issues via phone, live chat, and in-person interactions on the showroom floor as needed.
