You will drive personal sales performance, develop product knowledge, and nurture relationships during and after purchase, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and delivery reminders are sent as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
