Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert to elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority who helps customers find the right mattress and achieve better sleep.

You will execute selling programs with digital tools and support an omnichannel experience that puts the customer at the center, while building relationships and driving sales. The role offers base pay or uncapped commission with a 401(k) match and full benefits.
