Mattress Firm is hiring Sleep Experts to elevate the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and guiding customers to the best sleep solutions. The role uses digital tools to support omnichannel sales and creates a welcoming, customer-focused environment.

You will drive sales, maintain relationships, stay aware of competitors, and participate in company programs while handling physical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sleep authority guiding customers to best sleep solutions.
• Strong product knowledge to inform customers about mattresses and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
