Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking Sleep Experts to elevate the in-store experience by acting as trusted sleep authorities and offering best-in-class products. You will execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience that centers the customer.

The role emphasizes building relationships, sharing product knowledge, driving sales, maintaining after-purchase follow-up, staying aware of competitors, and leveraging social media to boost brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain product features and help customers choose the right mattress.
• Experience with sales targets and KPIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition and advertised services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
